Services Provided

StrongForce provides residential and commercial concrete services including but not limited to driveways, patios, stairs, walls, formwork, sealing, decorative concrete, and related consulting or construction work. Service availability may vary based on location, project type, and seasonal conditions.

Estimates & Quotes

All quotes or estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Quotes may be subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, weather, or project scope adjustments. A formal written agreement must be signed before work begins. Verbal discussions do not constitute a contract.

Scheduling & Site Access

Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the job site and for ensuring the site is prepared as discussed. While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled timelines, delays may occur due to weather, permit issues, or material delays. StrongForce will communicate any significant schedule changes in advance.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the client agreement or project invoice. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Final payment is typically due upon project completion. Overdue payments may incur interest charges and may delay warranty support or additional work.

Warranties & Liability

StrongForce offers a 2-year workmanship warranty on eligible concrete services. This covers defects caused by improper installation, such as surface delamination or cracking (over 1/8 inch - Does not include airline fractures) due to poor technique. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party work, natural wear and tear, settlement issues, or exposure to chemicals or de-icing salts not recommended by StrongForce. We are not liable for damages caused by weather conditions, client-provided plans, or changes made to the site by others after our work is complete.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to: Provide accurate project details. Notify us of underground utilities or obstacles. Maintain the work area during curing or drying periods. Follow aftercare instructions provided for sealing, cleaning, and maintenance. Failure to follow these responsibilities may void the warranty.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, graphics, copy, and project photos—is the property of StrongForce or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited. We may display project photos or videos of your site for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time due to safety concerns, breach of agreement, or uncooperative behavior. In such cases, all work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
